Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. The product you receive will match the design shown on our website.
However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting during photography or differences in screen displays. We ensure that every FABRIKX product maintains the same design, quality, and detailing shown in the images.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and receipt.
You can also view your order history and download the receipt by logging into your account on the FABRIKX website.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

Go to the Contact Us page on our website.

Submit your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the return process.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most FABRIKX collections are released as limited drops. This means once a product sells out, it may not be restocked.

However, some popular items may return in future collections. Follow our social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming drops.

Where can I ship my order?

Currently, FABRIKX ships across India.
We are working on expanding to international shipping soon.
